职位描述：
公司位于奉贤区平安镇，在市区提供多条班车。
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To improve P&D processes by developing and implementing new approaches and solutions in order to make the work more efficient from price, delivery performance, environment and quality point of view.

ASSIGNMENTS:
? Be responsible for driving own subprojects
? Translate and communicate the results of the project in a language that everybody can understand
? Administrate and document projects
? Work proactively with developing and executing communication plans
? Support the project group with information, research, and ideas
? Map and build networks of key individuals across the IKEA organisation that can contribute to projects
? To actively monitor deployment of implemented approaches and act upon discrepancies
? To develop KPI´s in order to follow up P&D performance
? To benchmark similar processes with the aim to improve our P&D performance
? To develop new approaches in order to improve the P&D performance
? To continuously develop individual knowledge of tools for improving production processes (like FMEA, Lean Prod, Six Sigma, SMED, 5S etc)

IF YOU HAVE:
? Good knowledge about and experience from P&D processes
? Ability to value different solutions and chose the most optimal.
? Educational and pedagogical skills.
? Fluent in English, spoken and written
? Relation builder.
? Good computer skills when it comes to M3, MS Office, etc.
? Ability to look for new possibilities and find new solutions.
? Detail oriented, combined with an ability to see the big picture
? Project management
? Good knowledge about tools for development of production processes
? Good knowledge of change management
? Ability to take responsibility for own part-projects.
? Enjoys working both individually and within a group.
? Good networking skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
? Open to new ideas and support organisational change.
