Responsibilities
? Understand customer technical and application requirements and documents, technical Strategies and anticipate future component requirements
? Understand customer’s product release process so as to understand optimal timing for application improvement
? Provide technical input to ensure proper test and validation plans are developed and implemented.
? Analyze returned parts and data, using Perato Chart and update each month (or quarter wherever applicable).
? Find returned parts root cause and make corrective action plan with Delphi NA and verify its effectiveness
? Document Lessons Learned and communicate captured knowledge with Delphi NA product team
? Provide report 100% in time for both internal and external

Education:
· Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering

Experience/Special Skills:
? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
? Excellent language skills in oral and written English and Mandarin
? At least 3 years experience in Product Design development
? Product warranty analysis experience is preferred
