职位描述

The Postion is located in Delphi China Technical Center.
该职位工作地点在德尔福中国研发中心
General Purpose of the Position
Lead test and validation activity required to support the development/improvement of new and existing component designs.
Responsibilities
· Translate Product Customer/Delphi Industry Requirements into laboratory test and analysis methods.
· Specify, develop, and qualify laboratory equipment.
· Ensure that laboratory equipment is set up and properly maintained.
· Understand and follow Test and Validation Engineer tasks and responsibilities per the Product Development Process.
· Understand and follow Delphi’s Divisional Engineering Procedures, as well as CTC site procedures, especially as related to Test and Validation responsibilities.
· Bill of Test is understood and effectively utilized to ensure products meet customer/Delphi/industry requirements.
· Modify and update Bill of Test as necessary.
· Lead the development and implementation of proper test and validation plans per project requirements.
· Test requests are properly written and understood.
· Summarize test results and write up test report.
· Test Laboratory environment, equipment and work standards follow health and safety standards.
· Perform the test based upon test plan and procedure.
· Develop and update CTC component test procedures and local Work Instructions.

Position Preference (minimum)
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Experience/Special Skills:
· Mechanical/Hydraulic/control experience is preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Hand-on skill is preferred.
· Excellent language skills in oral and written English and Mandarin
· At 2 years experiences in Product Validation & Test area.
· Self-motivated, hard working, reliable, good team player.
