Job Description

? Strive for Quality performance excellence at DSDPSC through top line growth, lean manufacturing and efficient supply chains.
? Implement VCP and OCV product line quality initiatives and support health & safety, cost, lean & inventory.
? Integrate Team Quality expertise and coordinate cross-functional.
? Accomplish plant business objectives as outlined in 'Annual Business Objectives'
? Accomplish tasks assigned by management.
? Ensure PTC meeting is being run and participated in at all levels.
? Ensure CM-II is functioning and CR are being processed and closed in a timely fashion.

Job Qualification:

Education: Bachelor degree of Automation / Mechanics Engine
Experience: At least 3 years QE work experience in automobile or automobile supplier company
Language: Good command of verbal and written English
Computer: Good MS office software
Technical Skill: Familiar with TS16949 requirement and PPAP process / Experience at quality problem solving
Soft Skill: Organized and self-disciplined / Dedicated to work

JD:
1. To support plant admin management, including canteen, cleaning, landscaping;
2. To be responsible for admin cost recording;
3. To process admin payment from initiating purchasing requests to releasing order;
4. To support plant employee activities organization, such as family day event, outing, excellence week, quarterly staff meeting and annual party;
5. Other tasks assigned.
