Major Job Responsibilities:

• Application of Heavy Duty product technology to customer engines
• Ensure customer demands are achieved in terms of:

Programme timings.

Sample delivery and quality.

Technical Support & Information.

Quality Issues and reporting.

• Lead the team in fault diagnosis and analysis and communicate test results and corrective action reporting in a timely manner.
• Resolving customer concerns locally where possible, with support from UK where required.
• Report on customer product durability & reliability growth
• Ensure customer engine and vehicle validation is completed
• Organise product pre and post test inspections.
• Checking product capability versus customer or supplier specification
• Support customer / product winter and summer vehicle tests
• Interaction with, and support of, SPM and Calibration & SI Team
• Manage the resources dedicated to Applications (team, budgets, tools.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive industry
• Fluent in English & Chinese language, written and verbal
• Demonstrate presentation skill, written and verbal
• Demonstrate successful completion of projects & team management
• Experience of working in an international team / company
• Knowledge of fuel injection equipment would be advantageous
