There are 3 network engineer positions need to be hired.All three positions will perform the same basic job. However, for each position we will likely ask the person to slightly specialize in one of three specific areas。

Directly report to Asia IT manager:One US Person.

Network Project Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce global network designs for the global network, including WAN, LAN, and WLAN devices. This includesproducing change scripts and updating documentation.
• Take responsibility for the implementation of methods, procedures, and practices used for the design, installation, and maintenance of network elements and it's supporting infrastructure. This includes security, monitoring, disaster recovery, MACD, trouble ticketing, change management, inventory and design documentation
• Following the above methods.
• Use of standard network tools.
• Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with IP routers, layer 2 and layer 3 switches, with a specific emphasis on design. Cisco experience is a requirement, Nortel and HP experience is a plus
  

Network Quality Implementation Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement global network designs for the Visteon global network, including WAN, LAN, and WLAN devices. Thisincludes following pre-written change scripts, verifying documentation, and comprehensive testing of

new changes (including site regression testing)

• Take responsibility for the implementation of methods, procedures, and practices used for the design, installation, and maintenance of network elements and supporting infrastructure. This includes security, monitoring, disaster recovery, MACD, trouble ticketing, change management, inventory and design documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with IP routers, layer 2 and layer 3 switches, witch a specific emphasis on
• implementation and testing. Cisco experience is a requirement, Nortel and HP experience is a plus.

Network Operational Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide global network support including administration and operational support. Monitor network elements and systems that make up the Visteon global network including WAN, LAN, and WLAN devices.
• Take responsibility for the implementation of methods, procedures, and practices used for the support of network elements and supporting infrastructure. This includes security, monitoring, disaster recovery, MACD, trouble ticketing, change management, inventory and design documentation.
• Open tickets with and coordinates repair efforts with 3rd party providers

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience with administration, implementation and troubleshooting of IP routers, layer 2
• and layer 3 switches. Cisco experience is a requirement, Nortel and HP experience is a plus

Generic Qualifications for All of the Above:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely coordination, notifications, and escalations, related to network all network outages and activities.
• Following defined processes and methods.
• Use of standard network tools.
• Other duties as assigned, including performing the tasks assigned to other positions if/when workload becomes temporarily unbalanced.
• Required Qualifications:
• AS Degree in Electronics, Computer Science or other equivalent training or experience.
• CCNP certification or equivalent experience.
• Network troubleshooting, repair and maintenance experience in an enterprise telecommunications environment or equivalent.
• Experience with SNMP, Syslog, network alarming or performance monitoring protocols and tools.
• Experience with trouble ticketing systems is desirable (Remedy, etc).
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision required.
• Personal computer skills, working knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing software required.
• Network support is a 24/7/365 operation. Employee must be willing and able to work non-standard work shifts, including evenings, overnight, holidays, and weekends.
