Recently there is an IT infrastructure and project manager need to be hired.Below are roles and responsibilities for this position.
Experience in below companies will be preferred (Such as but not limited to IBM,Intel ,QAD China,ATOS ORIGIN CHINA,TRW,GE... )Line manager has a deep interesting IBM candidate due to they have rich PM experience.
Below are key elements for this position:
5 year plus IT project management experience with PMP certified must
5 year plus IT operation experience with ITIL certified preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Strong business acumen and insight
Process oriented with professional influence skill
Asia IT infrastucture and project manager
Job purpose:
Implement and promote collaboration of the IT Solution Delivery Process as IT's project management & delivery framework methodology enabling Asia Pacific IT regional project managers to deliver AP projects faster, with higher quality and within cost estimates and expectations thru out the entire development life cycle.
Responsibilities
Manage new business requests for incremental IT project needs for Asia Pacific.
Capture & report high level requirements from AP leaders for new business needs.
Translate new business requirements into the ISDP project initiation documents.
Train AP IT project managers in project management, ISDP & enterProj tool.
Align reporting of AP IT projects with regional, global IT and ITPMO organizations.
Key performance indicate:
New Asia Pacific business needs are timely presented to AP leadership office.
AP IT projects are initiated, executed and completed on-time and within budget.
Effective relationships are built with AP business leaders to represent IT.
Accurately present IT operating model and strategies to AP business leaders.
Identify improvements of ISDP & project management techniques.
Knowledge

Ability to manage and resolve conflict
Excellent interpersonnel skills
Executive commuication skills
Key functional competencies
Technical expertise on multiple IT functional towers.
