职位描述：
As a Production Scheduler at Caterpillar, you will develop and manage S&OP, mater production schedule to maximize efficiency and optimize use of resources/assets internally while retaining enough flexibility to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and cost effective way. You are responsible to attain key supply chain performance metrics across velocity and order-to-delivery.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
·Manage monthly S&OP based on timeline, hold monthly demand review meeting, monthly S&OP meeting
· Initiate the long-term and short-term capacity analysis between the customer demand and our own production capacity, and informs relative departments
· Generate monthly & weekly master production schedule per value stream
· Balances conflicting objectives of efficient manufacturing and labor, material to develop the production plan
· Hold meeting review weekly production schedule with related departments
· Issue work order to production.
· Follow up the execution situation of above production plan, find out deviations and respond to unexpected events or demands.
· Support engineer on NPI project transfer and ramp up plan, resolve engineering change problems.
· Continue improve planning process to achieve shipping performance, inventory turns, and manufacturing costs, support facility related projects

Required Qualifications:

· University degree (or equivalent) in a supply chain or manufacturing related
 · At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing enterprise and at least 3 years working experience in relative position.
 · Related to SAP/ Oracle PP knowledge, office (excel, access, PPT)
 · Excellent communiation skill to create effective interactions with multiple functional groups
 · Experienced in working cooperatively across multiple organizational groups to resolve system, process, and financial etc issues.
 · Timely manner to make plan and arrange job.
 · English CET-4, good at written and spoken English, can communicate with US facility supply chain team

Desired Qualifications:
* Familiar with planning process and able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
