Position target:
In charge of organize service team work, deal with after-sales services work for all WMF coffee machines, optimize working process internal and coordinate with sales team, set up and manage service network, increase customer satisfaction and maintain brand good reputation, and assist coffee machine BU to realize annual sales target.

Main Job Description:
1.Build and optimize service team rules and working process to increase efficiency of whole team.
2.Provide technical support to sales team and customers.
3.Service for end users in machine installation, training, maintenance, and technical support.
4.Manage spare parts and sales during maintenance.
5.Develop, training, and manage service network.
6.Lead the whole service team.
7.Marketing and competition information collection.
8.Technical information communicate with German headquarter.

Key Request:
Experience on team management as a team leader.
Experience on field customer service.
Good technical background.

Education background:
Electrical, machinery, automation, or relative technical major, university degree, have technical background in electron, automation, mechanical engineering, etc.

Working Experience:
Five years working experience in technical support and after-sales service field. More than three years in similar management work at foreign (American or European) investment enterprises.

Industry range:
Had been supplier for QSR industry, bank's ATM machine, kitchen equipment, commercial appliances, small household appliances and similar industry.

Language level:
Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin, English.

Compute skill:
Skilled operation. Good at using office software to making documents.

Characteristic:
Diligence, modest, sureness, positive & initiative in working, coordinator, powerful in leading ship, good shape and temperament.

1. Familiarity in knowledge at after-sales service and technical support.
2. Have abundant successful experience in relative fields.
3. Have powerful magnificent holds, capacity in planning, organization, controlling, harmony, negotiation, and good at team building.

6. Be able to work under pressure, and need to travel frequently.
