职位描述：
职位描述：
1. 具有丰富的客户和渠道客户资源；
2. 负责通过合理收集、筛选有效客户信息，通过电话等方式与客户进行沟通；
3. 按公司发展计划进行新渠道开发；
4. 完成总经理制定的渠道开拓目标，完成招商任务;
5. 熟练产品知识、平台交易流程、合同条款以及市场操作模式；
6. 负责与客户洽谈，签订合同，并做好后续跟进维护等事宜；
7.带领团队成员完成每月业绩指标。
任职要求：
1. 性别不限，25-35周岁，有较强的语言表达和沟通能力
2. 有3年以上的招商渠道经验，有现货渠道、金融、证券、云交易、期货等相关工作经验和渠道资源开发者优先；
3.具有丰富的招商渠道和营销网络资源，出色的商务谈判能力，具备招商管理经验；
4. 具备较强的自我驱动力，激励并勇于承担、成就意识强积极进取，能承受快速发展型企业带来的工作压力，性格外向，有卓越的交流沟通能力。
