职位描述：
位职责：
1、负责为客户提供白银、铜、石油等理财咨询、建议服务,制定相应的投资组合和策略；
2、负责保持与客户沟通联系,为客户提供金融分析等服务；
3、能够有效开发客户资源，通过电话进行回访，了解客户需求及投资方向；
4、维护客户关系，定期进行电话回访，为客户提供优质行业动态资讯；
5、配合公司完成各项计划及销售业绩目标。
任职资格:
1、普通话流利、口齿清晰、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强,具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧,具有亲和力；
2、大专及以上学历,专业不限(金融或市场营销相关专业优先)；
3、一年以上工作经验，优秀的应届生亦可；
4、热爱金融行业,有志于金融行业长期发展,工作积极主动,能够在有压力的环境下有效的完成任务,愿意挑战高薪,有能力者可挑战高薪；
5、有电话销售经验或其他销售经验者优先；有一定人脉和客户积累的优先。
6、有证券,银行,保险,信托,期货,外汇内盘,黄金等工作经验优先；
7. 强烈的时间观念和服务意识，灵活熟练的销售和谈判技巧；
8、诚实守信，为人谦虚，勤奋努力，具有高度的团队合作精神和高度的工作热情；
