Pre Project Phase
- Support BS Project Lead to identify Customer requirement in terms of MEI & Sustainability
- Evaluate Project Schedule and Construction Cost (Estimate) in terms of MEI and Sustainability
- Communication to Cluster Sustainability Manager and BS Project Lead
Project Execution Phase
- Review & selection of Project Team Sustainability & MEI external resources
- Participate Project Execution Kick-off meeting
- Provide professional MEI & Sustainability Planning
- Participate in Contract negotiations
- Evaluate the performance of bidder in terms of MEI & Sustainability during Tender
- Coordinate and Manage the MEI Construction Quality and Costs
- Manage Sustainability goals / Green Building Certification Program
- Ensure use of Siemens products
- Coordinate with SRE Security Team for security system planning
- Coordinate with SRE EHS Team for fire service system planning
- Claim and Change Order Management in terms of MEI
- Support Project Lead hand over process to Asset Management in terms of MEI
- Reporting and Communication to Cluster Sustainability Manager and BS Project Lead
- Provide monthly Green Building Reporting to Cluster Sustainability Manager
Other
- Provide necessary coach to M&E project manager
- Provide necessary technical support for SRE AM sustainability saving program, energy audit
