General Purpose:
The country operation manager is responsible for the organization of the in-country affiliate in terms of commercial development, operational structure and financial results. More specifically, the implementation of strategies for Allfi business in China as defined by Allfi Global with the main objective of achieving cost savings and quality improvements for the Allfi Group.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Management & Operational
1.minimum 5 years sales experience;
2.In coordination with the CEO preparation of a successful commercial development strategy for the country.
3.Coordinates and develop all departments and ensures operational and strategic goals are achieved.
4.Represent the company externally with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and business partners/allies.
5.Take on full P&L accountability of Allfi China, including keeping the respective balance sheet. Communication with local banks and the setting of bank accounts.
6.Define and implement annual budget plans and provide regular reports to the headquarters.
7.In coordination with the Administration & Logistic Manager:
Develop and implement internal systems for logistics, commercial and financial information flows in cooperation with headquarters.
Organize the logistic operations, including warehousing activities.
8.Inventory management or the control of it.
9.Establish and monitor specific supply chain-based performance metrics and reports.
10.Primary Point of Contact for China third party distribution facilities.
Sales
1.Develop both new business and current accounts through business development research to create growth in sales.
2.Execute optimized sales forecast and stocking levels.
3.Create sales documentation and proposals.
4.Comarch customer data management.
5.Establish and monitor specific management & sales performance metrics and reports.
Management & Marketing
1.Monitor, analyze, and track demand changes within the Chinese market.
2.Work with global Management & Marketing on management processes, such as selection, qualification, or performance evaluation.
3.Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in processes and procedures.
4.Sharing best practices with Allfi partners.
5.Technical support for marketing.
