Position/Job Description:
The overall purpose of the role
To be responsible for regional after sales work such as technical support, training, spare part, quality & warranty, development according to company brand promotion, market strategy and sales planning.
根据公司的品牌推广计划，市场推广策略和销售计划，负责区域内的售后服务工作，诸如技术支持，培训，配件支持，处理质量&索赔问题，售后业务发展等。

Essential Duties: Accountabilities/Responsibilities e.g. People Management, Problem Solving, Communication
1. Provide technical support to dealers before and after sales, including tunning, assembling, testing, operation, maintenance and repair;
为客户提供售前和售后的技术支持，包括调试、装配、测试、维护、保养、维修等；
 
2. Conduct training periodically to dealers’ sales people and technicians;
定期开展售后培训，对经销商的销售人员&维修人员进行技术指导和培训；

3. Handle quality& warranty issue in designated responsible area, and keep technical communication with Shanghai office;
处理区域内发生的产品质量和索赔问题，并与上海总部保持技术沟通；

4. Support spare parts preparation and promotion;
对备件的准备和销售提供支持；

5. Support Sales and dealers for product show, sales promotion and visit customers; .
配合销售人员和经销商进行产品演示、推广活动和拜访最终用户；

6. Collect market information and dealers’ requirements.
搜集市场信息和用户要求。

Preferred qualifications: Education, Experience, Functional & Business knowledge, Specialist Skills
1. Bachelor, major in mechanical, familiar with four stroke engine;
机械专业，本科及以上，熟悉四冲程汽油发动机的原理及结构；

2. Good business management such as planning, communication, implementation, handling change and conflict;
有良好的业务管理，计划，沟通，执行，应对变化和处理矛盾的能力；

3. Be able to use English to communicate with foreign engineers, can understand English technical documents;
能运用英语与国外技术人员沟通，能理解英文技术资料 ；

4. Be able to work initiatively and positively;
有进取心，工作积极；

5. With 5~6 years of manufacturing or aftersales working experience in machine industry, experience in four stroke engine manufacturing or aftersales is preferred.
有5-6年机械类产品制造，机械类产品售后服务等相关工作经验, 有四冲程发动机制造或售后经验者优先。

Skills and Capabilities(soft skill):
Good computer skills such as excel, word. 熟练的电脑技术如EXCEL，WORD。

Internal and External Contacts/Customers:
Internal contacts: product, sales, marketing, order planning, quality 内部：产品部，销售部，市场部，订单计划部，质量部等
External contacts: dealers, distributors 外部：经销商，分销商。
