职位描述：
一、岗位目的：
Job Purpose:
评估客户的产品和规格以根据客户的需求来制定制造计划以生产客户的产品。
Evaluates customers’ products and specifications and develops a manufacturing plan to produce these products according to the customer’s needs.
二、岗位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1. 理解飞机产品图纸，3D模型和制造规范。
Interpret aircraft product drawings to 3D model and manufacturing specifications.
2. 了解在提出的工艺流程中的人体工程学的考虑因素。
Understand ergonomic considerations for proposed processes.
3. 提出的工艺流程通过手绘或CATIA数模来制作制造布局、流程描述、时序图，草图，图表，内容表，可达性研究和工装计划。
Produce layouts, process descriptions, timing charts, sketches, graphs, content sheets, reach studies and tooling plans for proposed processes either manually or CATIA model.
4. 有基于PC的软件知识和应用良好的绘制和/或Auto CAD，CATIA，DELMIA的技能。
Maintain knowledge of PC based software and apply good drafting and/or Auto CAD, CATIA. DELMIA skills.
5. 制作出生产量仿真模拟和机器人仿真模拟以验证制造过程的可行性。
Work out Throughput Simulation and Robot Simulation to verify the viability of processes.
6. 参加客户会议并获取必要信息同时呈递给公司和客户。
Attend all required customer meetings to obtain needed information and present processes to KUKA management and customers.
7. 当方案立项实行时需与项目团队一起将产品概念转化为实际产品。
Works with Project Team Group to convert concept to real product when proposal becomes project.
8. 制定书面方案并包含描述项目工作范围。
Develops written proposal describing proposed scope of work
9. 与客户经理一起制作PPT等展示文案的内容，以协助完成业务。
Develops necessary presentations with Account Manager to assist in closing of business.
10. 开发和维护航空航天事业部的标准方案格式的拟定。 包括与KSC的采购，工程，制造和项目团队等方面的紧密联系互动与合作。
Develops and maintains standard proposal format for Aerospace BU. Involves close interaction with KSC purchasing, engineering, manufacturing and project team.
11. 了解和遵循KSC安全&环境法规和鉴定安全/环境隐患
Understands and follows KSC safety & environmental regulations and identifies safety/environmental concerns.
12. 坚持紧跟质量体系并参与持续改进。
Adheres to the Quality System and participates in continuous improvement.
13. 能够胜任50％工作时间的出差
Must be able to travel 50% of the time.

? 四年制学院或大学的工程专业
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university in Engineering.
工作经验要求：
Working Experiences
? 5年以上飞机装配工作的实践经验，拥有航空制造业相关的工作经验是必要条件。
5+ years’ hands on working experience in aircraft assembly, aerospace experience is mandatory.
特殊资格要求：
Specific Qualifications
? 必须具备航空航天工装设计技能。
Must possess aerospace tooling design skills.

? 掌握使用CATIA 和 DELMIA 软件技能。

Ability to apply concepts to practical situations.
