Role & Responsibilities/岗位职责
Recruitment
- Responsible for the implementation of recruiting work, including recruitment channel choice , searching candidates, interview, evaluation, hiring, pre-boarding process
负责招聘工作的实施执行，包括：招聘渠道选择，搜索简历，面试评估，录用，入职前准备
- Establish the campus recruitment channel around Lingang District, and perform the Internship Program
负责临港地区高校的校园招聘渠道搭建，并执行校园实习生招聘项目
- Help to improve talent pool for PSH, including data collection & analysis, reserve talents management and etc
协助Plansee上海工厂的人才库改善，包括人员数据收集与分析，后备人才管理与联系等
Employment Relation and others
- Responsible for employee records management, including orientation training arrangement & coordination, on-board data collection, data entry, SAP personnel number create, leave management and etc
负责员工档案管理，包括入职培训安排及协调，新员工入职资料收集，员工信息录入，在SAP系统中创建员工编号,员工离职管理
- Responsible for labor contract management, including probation to positive employee list sent, contract signing, changes and termination
负责员工劳动合同管理，包括试用期需转正员工名单发予各用人部门确认，劳动合同签订、变更与终止相关手续办理
- Assist with a third-party HR supplier for dealing with complementary medical insurance, housing funds and social insurance, mainly on monthly name-list sent
发送每月新增人员名单给第三方人力资源服务公司，协助完成补充医疗保险，社保公积金缴纳工作
- Other duties as assigned

Quality & Background/岗位要求
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Management preferred
本科以上学历，人力资源相关专业，或管理学专业优先
- Fresh graduates or 1~2 years’ working experience in Human Resources
一到两年人力资源工作相关经验，应届生亦可
- Excellent communication skills, good command of both oral and written English
具有优秀的沟通技巧，良好的英语口语及书写能力
- Committed to the long-term development in Human Resource, with great patience, high sense of responsibility and team minded character
