Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor new demand that is submitted for staffing from aligned region/geography/country.
- Review the demand from MRS / Polaris site to determine the staffing needs of their alignment.
- Prioritize the demand queue based on the criticality of the business need.
- Point of Contact (POC) for Delivery Owners (DO) & their aligned PMs for staffing needs.
- Validate that the demand submitted by the PM has all the details to staff the role with right resource.
- Run candidate search following RM staffing decision tree to identify right resource for the demand.
- Communicate the project details with prospective resources during the resource identification process.
- In the event qualified resources are unavailable for the original timeline requested, negotiate new timelines with the PM.
- Negotiate and present suitable resources to the delivery team for consideration and plan interviews if required.
- Hard book resources to confirm the resource for the project to enable time and expense entry.
- Responding to ongoing resource request changes, extensions, and change requests.
- Review bench and assignment report to ensure accurate resource availability and that no resource is over-assigned.
- Ensure the approval processes are followed when remote work is targeted to be delivered by onsite.
- Engage and seek approval from peer RM teams (Discipline RMs, Partner Relationship RMs (PRRMs)) for staffing support i.e., broadcast to partners for staffing.
- Share the project details with PRRMs for partner broadcast.
- Share periodic status updates with DOs on partner candidates interviews.
- Ensure the system is updated with appropriate internal comments and statuses at all times.
- Responsible for cancelling the inactive demand to manage an up-to-date queue.
- Keep the stakeholders informed during all the stages of the staffing process.
- Ensure the demand is staffed within business acceptable timelines.

- Strong interpersonal savvy
Language Requirement:
Strong written and verbal English skill
Fluent in Korean speaking
