Responsibility Level:

Operates independently within the framework of Group or Corporate policies, procedures, and organization to provide administrative support to C&B Team.

Typical Duties:

Process & Benefit administration:

- Be responsible for employee on/off boarding process on C&B part

- Assist on employee's labor contract renewal process;

- Be responsible for employee's personal file administration;

- Assist on employee's leave/ OT administration;

- Assist on employee's benefit administration;

- Assist on expatriate C&B management

HR System administration

- Be responsible for HR System maintain;

- Assist on preparing monthly HR report.

Other assignment from manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above; Master degree is a plus ; Graduate from top university

- Major in HR, Business Management, Statistics, Finance

- High sense of data

- High motivation to develop career in C&B function

- 1-2 years HR related working experience;

- Fluent English skill both verbal and written;

- Good PC skills;

- Good communication skill, integrity, open-minded with good learning ability
