A top 100 ASX listed company; with 67 stores Australia wide is looking for a Temporary Finance Manager to join the Shanghai Global Sourcing Office Team. Myer strategic growth plans for the next five years have a significant store expansion program and growth in our exclusive brand offer. To support this strategic direction Global Sourcing Offices had been established in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This is an exciting opportunity and we are looking for passionate people to join our Business.

Contract will be started from end of April or beginning of May 2017.

Key job tasks/duties/responsibilities:

? Manage all financial and reporting aspects of the Global Sourcing Office;
? Effectively lead and manage the Accounting team;
? Manage finance tasks, Cash flow, Budgets & Accounts Payable;
? Liaising with Myer head office in regards to all aspects of financial accounting, management reporting, taxation and audit controls;
? Provide advice to the General Manager of Sourcing in regards to all aspect of financial management reporting and financial controls;
? Development of internal controls and processes surrounding ;
? Preparation of half year and year-end financial statements for Myer Sourcing Asia Limited, and liaising with auditors as required;
? Reporting on all aspects of audit control, compliance including ethical source requirements.


To ensure your success you will need:

? Accounting qualification either CA or CPA;
? Studied and worked in Australia is preferred;
? 5 years plus experience in finance manager role;
? Fluency in both written and spoken English;
? Ability to manage multiple stake holders, priorities and deadlines;
? To be a strong leader with a high level of integrity;
? Previous experience working with and managing staff remotely;
? Ability to thrive in a demanding and challenging environment;
? Possess excellent communication skills;
? To be dynamic, flexible and adaptable;
? Experience using Microsoft products and ideally conversant with SAP.
