Primary Responsibilities
? Function as a Site HR central point of contact with all resources for day-to-day HR related topics to employees
? Be responsible for the whole Recruiting cycle management that includes,
* Job posting by both internal and external recruiting channels
* CV screening and interview arrangement
* Offering process (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates etc.
* New employee integration
? Act as a business partner to support the Talent Review Process (TRP)
* Talent management and succession planning
* Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence
* Ensure the high quality and timely support to business in the process of Talent Review Process
* Ensure the company R&R policies are well implemented with high standard
? Be responsible for the Employee Relation related issues
? Provide consultancy to business leaders regarding questions related to company policy, labor law, and performance problems
? Resolve personnel issues. Work with business leaders to handle labor dispute or conflict that come up
? Monitor regular assessments of employee morale and satisfaction; identify needed action plans to enhance the employee engagement
? Come up with action plan to enhance employee stability and reduce the employee turnover
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above.
? At least 5 years solid HR generalist working experience in multinational manufacturing company with 200+ employees
? Proficient knowledge in China labor law
? Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
? Good communication and influencing skills, ability to build partnerships with departments / line managers
? Well organized, structured approach for problem solving with carefulness, fairness & integrity mind set
? Well understanding of C&B market information; experience in participating in the market salary survey is preferable
