Responsibilities:

• Report to General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the overall QA /QC department.
• To plan, coordinate and monitor the QA/QC activities to achieve product quality expectation.
• To asses and recommend investment on inspection equipment to improve effectiveness and efficiency of QA/QC procedure.
• Plans and manage the auditing and qualification of collaboration partner
• To
  lead continual improvement activities, conduct product failure
  analysis, handle customer quality complain and assess subordinate
  training needs.
• Responsible for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) of the company.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering / technical or its equivalent.
• 8
  years experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the
  engineering field with the last 2 years at quality management level
• Candidates with exposure and experiences in managing manufacturing/operations with MNC are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ISO 9001:2000 and SPC knowledge
• High level computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point,
• Proficient in spoken & written English
• Very dynamic, result oriented, customer oriented, high level of adaptability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
