Job Description
Engineering Leader with degree in Automation, Mechatronics
NPI & Electromechanical knowledge and experience
* 自动化、电气或相关专业，本科及以上学历
* 10年以上机电、仪表、自控系统的设计，集成，配置、生产和调试的工作经验
* 精通机电产品的原理,包括电气布线、电气控制、电气部件选型，
* 熟悉工控 PLC，触摸屏等相关知识，熟练使用西门子、欧姆龙、三菱、ABB等编程软件，至少会1种或以上的使用
* 熟悉电气类产品设计规范，系统配电原理，强弱电集成设计能力
* 有机械运动产品及其电路电气控制系统的设计生产经验会是一个额外优点
* 熟悉机械加工与装配，了解机加工与钣金制造
* 熟练运用Auto cad制图软件，以及常用办公软件
* 有较强的责任心,良好团队协作能力、沟通能力、谦虚踏实
* Graduated from Automation, EE, Mechatronics with degree of Bachelor
or above
* 10+ years of experience in Mechatronics, Instruments, Automation
industry in product development and manufacturing
* Proven ability to develop, integrate, configure, produce and debug
Mechatronic products and system
* Knowledgeable in electromechanical principle, including control,
cabling & routing, component evaluation and selection.
* Familiar with PLC, touch screen. Capable to program/configure/debug
popular PLCs, like Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, ABB.
* Master standards/guidelines of design & manufacturing for
electrical & mechanical products.
* Experience in developing and manufacturing motion products and its
control system would be a plus
* Familiar with mechanical processing and assembly. Know machining and
sheet metal
* Proficient in Auto Cad and office software
* Accountable team player. Capable to communicate in English
