Responsibility
岗位职责
1. Monitoring and operating production strictly following relevant Work Instructions; ensure the products can meet quality requirement.
负责监督管控现场生产操作流程，严格按照工作指导书要求，保证产品生产满足各项质量控制指标
2. Take in charge of direct labors management, including training, and grow up.
负责生产部员工的管理，培训和培养。
3. Deliver and implement company regulations; allot workload among workers;
转达及执行公司内部规章制度，根据生产安排调配生产现场人员工作安排
4. Implement the manufacturing requirements and technique improvement actions from Quality control and Technology department. Responsible for the safe production and 5S management in workshop
负责落实质量及技术部门对生产工艺控制要求及工艺改进要求; 负责落实公司安全生产，及对车间环境的管理
5. Collect and report the data from production like workload, output, working time, etc.
负责生产部门劳动量、生产量、工作时间等数据的记录总结和汇报
6. Assistant production manager to keep imrpvementt on LEAN in the workshop.
配合部门经理对车间精益生产的持续改进，参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划与实施
7. Other tasks assigned by up-level supervisor/manger and give construction advice on production management
上级主管安排的其他相关工作，并对生产提供改进意见及建议。
8. Can work in 3 shift.
3班工作制。

Qualification
岗位要求
1. Above Junior school
大专以上文化程度;
2. 2years+ experience production management。
2年以上生产一线管理经验
3. Have good leadership, organization and coordination ability, communication skills and ability to execute
有良好的领导能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力和执行能力。
4. Fluent mandarin can read ordinary English
普通话标准流利，可阅读简单英文
5. Be familiar with Office software
熟练操作Office软件 举报 分享
