Job Responsibility
1. Support to the team to handle traveling, administration and paper work
2. Keep tracking on service engineers schedule
3. Support to spare parts quotation, contract process and follow up
4. Proactively notify customer's order of delivery status/change of status
5. Coordination with other department
6. Act as liaison with Finance to process customer billing
7. Other duties assigned by Service Manager

Requirement
1. Bachelor degree
2. 1~2 years of working experience
3. Good Mandarin & English
4. Microsoft Office Skills
5. Team worker
6. Good communication skills
7. Preferably mechanical and/or electronic education background or similar industry working experience
