JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
1.Provide level 1&2 help desk IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
通过电话，邮件和系统提供IT相关的技术支持
2.Assist to establish perfect company information management system, information treatment method of the emergency plan
协助建立完善公司信息化管理制度，信息化应急预案处理办法
3.The company responsible for the installation and maintenance of computer systems to manage the daily operation of office equipment
负责公司电脑系统的安装维护及日常办公设备的运行管理
4.Responsible for the company's website, Citrix ,domain name, background data and e-mail management and maintenance;
      负责公司网站, Citrix, 域名, 后台数据及邮箱的管理和维护
5.Responsible for access control, permissions confidential setting
负责门禁、软件的安装和权限设置
6.Documentation of user and IT manual, lead and motivate users and provide full support coverage.
撰写用户和IT使用手册，引导及促动用户使其得到全面的技术支持。

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1.Junior college or above, computer applications and other professional graduate; 1-3 years’ experience preferred
大专及以上学历，计算机应用等专业毕业，1-3年工作经验，应届生亦可
2.ITIL certification preferred
熟悉ITIL运维流程
3.Familiar switches, routers and other network-related equipment, installation, commissioning
熟悉交换机、路由器等网络相关设备的安装、 调试
4.There is a strong learning ability, communication skills, ability to adapt to the new environment
有较强的学习能力、沟通能力、新环境的适应能力
5.Is able to listen actively, to communicate clearly, to cope with conflicts and to initiate solutions
能够积极倾听、清楚沟通、处理矛盾并提出解决措施
6.Good oral and written English
良好的英语听说能力
