职位描述：

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Implement activities allocated to Central Quality (CQ) in the group quality strategy implementation plan and participate the implementation of the company quality targets and activities at all levels effectively.

？ Responsible for managing CQ resource to ensure implementation of group quality plan.

？ Manage Quality Management System (QMS) through leading and participating in PEER Group QMS development project and driving implementation activities; establishing SPZ QMS; implementing group internal audit plan; highlighting audit results for Management's attention; constantly following up corrective and preventive actions progress to ensure effectiveness and avoidance of recurrence; driving improvement activities on process efficiency and assessing process performance / KPIs and report to management for any concerns?

？ Promote and educate the organization with modern quality management concepts and tools, e.g. TQM, 6 sigma, Lean, etc. to generate added value to customers and PEER.

？ Support coordinating quality community activities and implement group quality training program and conduct quality training whenever suitable.

？ Participate in improvement projects & activities and Leads projects in a multi-discipline or cross functional environment when required.

？ Communicate effectively with quality leader, global quality team and all functions involved on quality strategy and activities.

？ Monitor the maintenance of PEER documentation system.

？ Participate in quality risk management activities, including major external customer complaints.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

？ Degree or above tertiary qualifications, preferable in quality management, engineering, etc

？ A minimum of 10 years experience in quality management role. Experience in ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949 and rolling bearing manufacturing is desirable

？ Familiar with Excel, Word, PPT and other computing tools

？ Ability to write, read and speak in English

？ Ability to write procedures and work documents in both Chinese & English

？ Ability to analyze data and generate reports

？ Good communication and interpersonal skills

？ Good work ethic and self motivation

？ Ability to work in a team
