职位描述：
主要工作职能:
这个职位主要是在生产中参与设计冷挤压模具。
将与贝恩公司各个工厂的项目/运营/设计工程师密切合作，来确保产品的开发及客户支持。

明确岗位职责:

？ 为每位客户设计模具和检具，达到客户质量规格要求并且节约成本;
？ 重新评估现有的模具提高效率和质量;
？ 建立模具的CAD电子版本并且拷贝存档;
？ 与工厂现场操作人员合作解决新模具的问题;
？ 更新所有最新的模具和检具的文档，并且保持它们的精确度;
？ 作为制造业的关键资源解决模具和测量相关问题;
？ 协助指导员工使用、安装和维护模具;
？ 执行指定的其他相关职责和项目。
？ 负责设计生产工艺和产品/生产流程，包括人体工程学,精益制造技术、机械设计、电气组件使用&系统逻辑转换缓解等来优化生产流程。
？ 在协调废品减少活动中,消除返工,材料差异,劳工差异,整体安全&工效学评价, 在指定地区持续改进。
？ 计划,证明、执行和监控项目的资本分配。这包括项目预算的资本,新设备,新设计,外部供应商采购。
？ 开发和维护生产和非生产的布局空间有效利用率。
？ 开发和维护的3 d模型,2 d图纸,组装图纸,爆炸视图,和作业指导书，持续改善所有工厂的项目和运营。
？ 与制造人员协作,确保所有运营目标和计划得到支持。

职位资格要求:

？ 工程专业本科文凭;
？ 有有限元分析经验/理解有限元分析;
？ 丰富的几何尺寸和公差知识。
？ 优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧,与各级员工协调工作的能力
？ 在组织内促进、支持和实现变化的能力。
？ 开放和快速适应变化,广泛程度的创造力。
？ 3年的在制造业环境工作的经验。
？ 必须具备能够听、说、读、写英语的能力, 英语六级

Primary Job Function:
This position is primarily engaged and has ownership in Manufacturing process & Tooling design for the extrusion process.

This individual will work closely with Project Engineers, Operations, Program / Design Engineers in other Burgess Norton facilities in order to ensure timely product launch and customer support. This position is also responsible to evaluate alternatives leading to the development and implementation of the manufacturing processes on new and existing products to achieve an optimum relationship between cost, quality and performance.


Specific Job Responsibilities:

？ Design tools and gauges per customer and quality specifications and cost constraints;
？ Re-evaluate existing tooling for improvements in efficiency and quality;
？ Create necessary tooling electronic and hard copy documentation;
？ Work with plant floor personnel to troubleshoot new tooling;
？ Maintain accurate and up to date documentation on all tooling and gauges;
？ Act as key resource for manufacturing to solve tooling and gauging related problems;
？ Assist in instructing employees on tooling use, set-ups, and maintenance;
？ Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
？ Responsible for work center design and product/process flow including ergonomic considerations, lean manufacturing technology, mechanical design, electrical component usage & system logic, changeover ease, etc. to optimize the manufacturing process.
？ Coordinate activities in scrap reduction, elimination of rework, material variances, labor variances, safety & ergonomic evaluations, and overall continuous improvement in assigned areas.
？ Plan, justify, execute, and monitor Capital programs as assigned. This includes budgeted capital projects, new equipment, new designs, and sourcing outside vendors.
？ Develop and maintain the layout of production and non-production floor space for effective utilization.
？ Develop and maintain 3D models, 2D Prints, assembly drawings, exploded views, and work instructions for continuous improvement projects across all plants and for operations.
？ Collaborate with the Manufacturing staff to ensure that all unit performance goals and objectives are supported.

Job Qualification Profile:

？ Bachelor degree in Engineering;
？ Experience/understanding of Finite Element Analysis;
？ Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerencing.
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with all levels of associates
？ Ability to facilitate, support, and implement change within the organization.
？ Open minded and quickly adaptable to change, wide degree of creativity.
？ 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
？ Must be able to read, write & speak English,requirement CET-6
