Job Description ：
1.Support HR&Admin Manager for full range of C&B, Recruitment and training.
2.Conduct job analysis and job evaluation.
3.Evaluate the existing C&B structure of the business by participating salary survey and provide the analysis result with the market trends & develop our C&B structure to attract, retain & motivate our employees.
4.Responsible for monthly payroll and related reports to ensure the data accuracy.
5.Follow up with internal/external resources to update C&B related regulations to ensure legal compliance
6.Responsible for yearly Performance Management Program tracking
7.Build up and maintain effective recruitment channel (newspapers/website/headhunter/camp/labor market, etc.) for candidates sourcing and talent pool creating to fill hiring needs.
8.Take full responsibility of recruitment activities.
9.Participate or lead other HR projects as needed
10.Build training system, design annual training plan, and optimize training process to align with business development
11.Work closely with business partners and external parties to identify, plan, develop and implement effective training solutions and ensure to meet the objective of training
12.Play a key and strategic role in formulating, implementing and monitoring all HR/Admin policies and procedures
13.Other related work assigned by HR&Admin Manager.
Experience & Qualifications：
?Good English skills
?Familiar with labor law.
?Good computer skills such as word, excel, power point
?Self-motivated with ability to work independently by problem solving skills.
?Bachelor degree or above with more than 5 years related experiences. At least 3 years experience in C&B area in MNC.
?Able to lead a team.
?Proactive, willing to learn and cooperative as a team player
