Position Objective
Organize staff activities & develop employee relations to improve staff morale and support employee communication to provide an engaging work environment
Roles and Responsibilities
Engagement Programs Management Support:
Project LOHAS activities
Employee Engagement Survey
Routine ER activities planning and implementation:
Annual activities for the HR event and Town Hall meeting
Communication channel maintenance and development:
Design the poster and web banner for AIA internal communication campaign
Support Culture & Synergy Team on video/flash editing
Search/manage/evaluate HR vendors to improve their service and quality.
Other ad-hoc missions
E-flow process for payment and contract
Job Requirements
Education & Training
University graduate, majoring in graphic design or relevant subjects
Relevant Experience
1 years related experience
Skills/Specific Business Knowledge
Good planning & organizing skills
Good design ability, Familiar with web design softwares, such as Dreamweaver,FrontPage,Photoshop,Flash
Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with people at all levels
Good language skills, both in Chinese & English
Competencies
Creativity in design work, contribute to team success, adaptability, problem solving, multi-tasking
Personality
Responsible, creative, extroverted and positive
