职位描述：
1. Complete the RFQ for the responsible material commodities, maintain and record quotations, price comparisons and approvals according to the compliance regulation of the company
        完成所负责物料种类新零件的询价工作，保存所负责物料的报价，比价和审核记录
2. Lead the tasks of auditing and evaluation of new suppliers and existing suppliers with QC, SCM , R&D together, also the supplier management at daily works
       主导所负责物料种类的供应商的评审和评估工作，以及日常管理工作
3. Responsible for signing and management of general purchasing conditions agreement, frame contract with suppliers
        负责所管理的物料种类中供应商的采购通用条款，框架协议的签订和管理工作
4. Responsible for initiating and completing yearly cost reduction projects via supplier management
        制定和完成所负责物料种类的年度降本工作
5. Responsible for initiating and completing yearly cost reduction projects via localization
        制定和完成所负责物料种类的国产化工作
6. Continuously seeking and implementation of material cost reduction via different methods and strategies
        通过各种方法和策略来持续优化所负责物料的成本
7. Support to fulfill the demanding from R&D, Operation and Quality departments related to supplier and material management and optimization
        协助公司的生产部门和质量部门完成对供应商和物料管理方面的需求
8. Completion of other tasks or projects assigned by management
        完成与本职工作相关的临时指派任务

任职资格 Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering or equivalent
        本科及以上学历，机电类相关专业
2. At least eiguht years sourcing experience in machinery manufacturing industry
        设备制造行业8年以上采购工作经验
3. Familiar with bidding and procurement process、supplier evaluation、quality system
        熟悉招标和采购流程，供应商评估考核，相关质量体系
4. Good knowledge and experience with purchasing electrical products and mechanical parts，especially localization experience
        在电气产品和机械零部件方面具备良好的知识和经验，具备零部件国产化采购经验更佳
5. Good negotiation and excellent command of written and oral English
         良好的谈判沟通技巧，英语水平佳（书面、口语） 举报 分享
