职位描述
1. 公司前台接人待物事宜，收发传真；
2. 办公文档及各项办公室事宜处理跟踪；
3. 数据统计及发放；
4. 日常外出办公事宜；
5. 使用设计制作软件进行图片修改或排版；
6. 行政主管交由的其他事宜。

职位要求
1. 全日制大专及以上学历（非自学考、夜大等，以及三校考），二年以上相关工作经验者优先；
2. 工资税前3000；如能熟练使用photoshop、AI、CorelDRAW等常用设计制作软件，工资可再面议；
3. 思路清晰，吃苦耐劳；具有高度的责任心和工作热情，灵活高效，严谨周密；
4. 做五休二，有双休日和国定假期，朝九晚六；
5. 上海户籍优先。
