Candidates should have 8-10 years experience with reputable international practices in China or overseas.
资深建筑师将负责监理当地设计院工作之事宜﹐须具备管理中国国内项目前期直至施工阶段的经验，具有大型繁杂项目的设计及技术知识。
The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing the work of the local design institute; has to demonstrate experience overseeing a project through construction in China and have a strong knowledge of the design and detailing of complex projects.
申请者须操流利普通话及英语，具备良好口头及书面表述能力；并须拥有良好沟通技巧，能与他人准确、清晰、有效交流。
Candidates must be Mandarin/English speaking, both oral and written, and have strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively.
持有国际认可学历及工作经验者，将获优先考虑。
Candidates with international education and work experience are preferred.
持有中国一级注册建筑师或同等专业资格者，将获优先考虑。
Class-I Registered Architect or equivalent professional certificate from overseas are preferred.
