Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical Engineering, have the chemical background is preferable.
2. 5+ years experience in quality control or related; Good understanding of plastic injection molding . Minimum 3years in this working situation.
3. Good knowledge at ISO 9001/UL/CCC/ISO13485/OHSAS18001, can manage internal and 3rd party audit successfully. Well know QPA and QSA.
4. Good communication in English is a must
5. Familiar with SPC/DOE/MSA methodology.
6. Good knowledge of cosmetic standards criteria for molded parts.
7. Knowledge of measurement techniques for Plastic injection molded parts. Colorimeter, spectrophotometer, height gages, calipers, etc.
Able to design and recommend measuring fixtures for significant characteristics of molded parts. Familiar with Metrology equipment (CMM/OMM/ Optical Comparator, etc).
8. Position requires knowledge of Process Data collection / Analysis / Charting, Incorporation of Engineering Change requests and maintenance of a Supplier Corrective Action system.
9. Must be results oriented, organized, flexible with the ability to handle multiple projects, capable of decision making with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
10. Must have good oral and written communication skills, Must possess above average Skills in using the computer, Microsoft Office, familiar with data bases and the ability to learn the Company’s software programs.

Responsibility:
1. Follow up the production process to ensure delivery are on schedule;
2. Analyze the quality issues together with ME to find root cause;
3. Solve quality issues and prepare corrective & preventive actions;
4. Know calibration system
