职位描述：
Provide overall marketing, operation and admin efficiently and effectively, including but not limit to:

1. Help on marketing events arrangement with marketing people incl products, VM, related material preparation
2. Take care all the orders from ambassadors, Sephora online platform, staff pucahse and VIP purchase incl prepare products, arrange KuaiDi and track status, paper works record
3. Assist in dealing with daily issues for Sephpra channel: FC back up, products record, arrange delivery, FC GWP arrangement, BA purchase, new store update and other operational works
4. ERP system mgt & type-in, set up and perfect internal database system & report system
5. Take care of general office affairs, asset management and interior support
6. Document management (scan, copy, binding, archiving, etc.)
7. In charge of office products stock and inventory, prepare products and gifts, and make paper record to track stock out, office VM
8. Payment form prepare for KuaiDi, train tickets arrangement
9. Support other teams in office if needed

KEY COMPETENCES & SKILLS

Requirements:
? University graduate or above
? Willing to learn more marketing, operation and office administration knowledge
? Result-orientation, able to deliver high quality result during daily work
? Strong responsibility sense and positive working attitude
? Fluent written and reading English skills. Good oral English is a plus.
? Solid Micro-soft skills is a plus
? At least can work 3 days per week, 5 days will be a plus 举报 分享
