Qualifications:

College degree or above.
Plus 2 years working experience of customer service
Chinese and English speaking. German would be an advantage but is not necessary.
Excellent teamwork and communication skill with people
Good MS Office skills and data analysis, summarize skills.
Good customer service sense will be a plus.

Territory:

China and as a substitute or support in the Asia-pacific region (Depends on the qualification of the candidate)

Responsibility/Tasks:

Handling complete supply activities, from quotation to delivery; Filing all documents related.
On-going reviewing for all orders; Ensuring all information recorded is correct.
Ensuring active & effective communication with other departments, suppliers & customers.
