职位描述：
1. 持续改进现场设备，优化自动化程序、生产工艺Improve continuously the production equipment, Optimize automation program,production
1) 了解生产线需求,编写自动化控制项目方案书Understanding of customer needs, the preparation of the automation and control projects program book
2) 组织自动化工程施工 Organize automation engineering construction
3) 负责PLC编程、Labview编程、组态软件编写 Responsible for PLC programming, labview programming, configuration software written
4) 负责自动化控制项目技术指导要求,完成最终验收Responsible for automatic control project technical guidance requirements, the completion of the finial acceptance
5) 遵守公司的规章制度、道德规范、价值观及员工手册 Ensure full respect of Rules & Regulations\Ethics\Values\Employee handbook of the company.
2. 负责HSE的改善Responsible for the improvement of HSE
1) 定期回顾HSE Periodic review of HSE
2) 改善HSE不符合项，快速反应并解决现场安全问题Improve HSE unqualified items, rapid response to resolve the security issues
3. 通过参与现场设备维修，发现问题点，改善问题点，减少设备停机时间Be participating in the maintenance, find the point of the problem, improve trouble spots, reduce downtime
1) 作为支持功能协助维修发现问题，解决问题Discover and solve problems as a support function to assist maintenance
2) 通过问题发现改善点，减少设备停机时间Improve to reduce downtime
4. 参与现场QRCI，为生产，质量，工艺提供技术支持Participate in QRCI, provide technical support for the production, quality, process
1) 参与现场QRCI，从自动化角度分析问题Participate in QRCI, analyze problems from automated angle
2) 进行自动化方面相应的改善以及功能测试 Improvement of automation and functional testing
3) 保证poka-yoke的有效性. Ensure the validity of poka-yoke
5. 协助项目部负责设备电气，自动化的改善Assist project department responsible for the device electrical, automation improvement
1) 在项目阶段提供新产品检测、设备改善的方案Provide program for new product and improvement at launch time
2) 实施电气线路的整改，产品型号的增加，设备程序的更改Rectification of electrical wiring, increase product model, change the PLC program
3) 负责对改善后的设备跟踪，确保设备的稳定性Track the improved equipment to ensure the stability of the equipment
6. 设备电气、自动化的管理Electrical,automation management
1) 实时更新设备的电气图纸与程序，并共享给团队 Constantly update electrical drawings and procedures, and shared with the team
2) 更新设备验收的电气条款，并按此验收设备 Update the equipment acceptance electrical terms, accept according it
3) 收集电气、控制和自动化方面的技术材料，进行必要的技术储备 Collect electtical, control and automation technology matericals for technical reserves
4) 确定电子和控制系统损件名称型号，并根据实际情况确定备件库存量 Determine the electronic and control system wear parts, storage according to the actual situation

5. 熟悉电机驱动装置 Good knowledge of motor drivers

7. 熟练应用各种组态软件 Proficient in a variety of configuration software
8. 精通硬件和软件设计以及故障检修 Proficient in hardware and software designs and troubleshooting
