职位描述：
Summarized Description:The major function of the position is 1) For new products: to guarantee the optimization of the packing process and ensure the new products can be produced smoothly in packing operation ; 2) For existing products: to solve productions’ problems linked with packaging, coordinate action plans between packaging developer, production, engineering, quality, purchasing and planning. 3) Continuous packing process improvement by systemizing and automation.

Responsibilities:
1.Work with MFG, ME, QA and Packing development engineering team to solve problems linked with existing and new packaging products:
- analyze problems and root causes;
- Define and coordinate action plans with industrial actors;
- Measure results
2.Work with MES/Oracle teams to develop and solve system issues and improve packing process
3.Validate packaging tests and inspection plans designed to assure quality of product packaging based on a review of all applicable safety standards and industry requirements
4.Identify the packaging tasks/projects and work with suppliers and internal teams for automating packing lines and labelling
5.Maintain good communication with the internal and external teams to make sure our package requirements and standards to be implemented in warehouse packing areas
6.Consciously work with internal and external teams to develop automatic process and equipment to improve the packing process and quality
7.Other responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications :
1.Bachelor or Master degree in engineering
2.5+ years on packing process area in multi-national companies
3.Open-minded, pro-active and team player
4.Oracle experience and good oral and written English
