1）制定招聘计划与实施策略（Make the recruitment plan and strategy）
2）雇主品牌建设（Employer branding）
3）校园招聘(Campus recruitment)
4）具体招聘工作的实际执行: 招聘渠道的发展, 潜在候选人的联系与面试; 招聘系统的动态维护(Responsible for the recruitment operation: develop recruitment channel; networking with and contact with potential candidates; maintain the recruitment system )
5）其他招聘相关的工作(Other relevant recruitment responsibilities)

任职条件(Requirements)：
1）2年以上招聘相关工作经历 (2 years recruitment relevant experience)
2）优秀的沟通协调能力(Strong in communication and collaboration;
3）快速学习能力 (proven to be a quick learner )
4）外向开朗(open-minded)
5）刻苦努力，耐心细致，有责任心（hard-working, patient and high commitment）
