Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing Strategy andSupplier Management采购战略及供应商管理
Develops a qualified, low cost, and strategically located supply base to support current and anticipated material requirements

Works with plant engineering personnel to seek new or improved materials and technologies for the processes and products of the business

Assumes responsibility for supplier selection, price and terms negotiation, blanket order generation, and supplier performance for all assigned commodities

Supports cost estimating with pricing, sourcing, and material planning information necessary to ensure successful introduction of new business

Compliances to all purchasing common processes and maintain required purchasing documentation and files. Guarantees compliance with BOS, PLUS and POS procedures

Working Procedure Compliance 监督标准的执行
Monitors warehouse staff in compliance with working procedure and instructions, arranges receiving, distribution and storage according to the production demands, and ensures the correction of data and operation
督促仓库工作人员遵从仓库工作程序和作业指导书，合理及时安排货物的收、发、存等工作，以满足生产线的生产需求，并确保物料数据及操作的正确性
Monitors the warehouse staff to pile the goods as per the safety regulations
督促仓库人员对物料的堆放应符合安全要求
Manages special operations (forklift and elevator etc), improves the safety operation skills of workers
管理仓库特殊工作（铲车、电梯等），提高特殊工种人员（铲车驾驶 员、电梯操作工等）的安全操作技能
Key Requirements:
Education 教育?
Bachelor‘s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.
本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。
Job experience 工作经验? 3-5 years work experience in purchasing related function, automotive industry experience is preferred.
3 – 5 年采购相关部门工作经验，汽车行业优先。
