职位描述：
Safely plans, directs and manages all production and dispatch operations in factory, including production, packaging and planning by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors:
1.Ensures that all operations are conducted safely and within the current health, safety, and environmental standards;
2.Manages operations so that all production, dispatch and financial targets are consistently met;
3.Leads continuous improvement efforts in order to reduce costs and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the site;
4.Interfaces with Safety, Environmental, Facility, Supply Chain, Quality, and Financial departments to ensure safe production, reliability and customer satisfaction.


Experience Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Chemical Process and Engineering or Relevant professional
2.At least 8 years of experience in a strong technical background and chemical plant operation.
3.Must have experience in batch
4.Knowledge of international procedural safety regulations must be met
5.Familiar with process safety management system, including the ministry of commerce system, process safety technology, P&IDs interlocking (SIS), emergency rescue system, fire/explosion suppression system, quantitative risk assessment.
6.Good listening and communication skills, forming an open communication within the team
7.Require fluent Chinese (mandarin); Fluent English,
