职位描述：
Objectives of the positions 职位目标：
To independently handle the recruitment activities of business units, including recruitment operations and projects.
Promote BASF employer branding and Employer Value Proposition to target groups.
Manage the training and development program to support the business and employee development needs.
Manage the CYP program to support the young talent development by working with HQ and Regional HRD

Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
Recruitment:
? Work closely with the local HR teams and business managers to well understand business requirements on recruitment. Provide consultancy to the line managers throughout the overall recruitment process.
? Select suitable channels to post the positions and source the appropriate candidates for line manager's interview. Responsible for new channel development to meet with talent needs.
? Coordinate the overall interview arrangements and follow up candidates’ on-boarding. Manage satisfaction of both line managers and candidates to enhance employer branding and EVP throughout the overall recruitment process.
? In charge of talent pool build up and promotion, and insure certain percentage of engagement and successful hiring conversion.
? Promote Internal referral policy within the organization.
Training &Development
? Collect and consolidate employee training needs, assist superior in developing training plan and budget.
? Manage CYP program by working with Germany HQ and Regional HR team in BSC
? Coordinate with each department head to make sure the smooth operation of CYP program and closely follow their development plan and overseas training management.
? Take charge of Coating Basis Program deployment in BSC China.
? Follow employees' training activities, including external and internal trainings, maintain training records and conduct training evaluation
? Support superior to complete new training project and make continuous improvement for current training programs.
? Conduct employee orientation training sessions.
? Assist in CCD project on operational level.
? Archive all procedure and documentation regarding employee training to ensure in compliance with internal and external Audit regarding employee training.
