招聘要求：求职者为男生；

IT操作熟练及文案表达流利者优先。

1. Research information on the internet about companies, their addresses in both English and Chinese, telephone numbers etc., and a Contact so we can send information to them.

2. Enter information about new prospects and existing customers in the data base from a number of sources – internet, newsletters, press reports, sales engineers etc.

3. Collection Daily of Projects Information from an online Bidding Website and keep useful ones in the data base and in the server.

4. Prepare information packages that can be mailed to the contacts.

5. Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, making sure they are in stock at all times.
6. Send newsletters as required.
7. Help organize trade exhibitions from time to time
8. General admin: letters, reports etc.

9. Other tasks as required

Sales

10. Prepare Quotations for Manipulators for customers and prospects for the Sales Engineers & for Spare Parts;

11. Record Service Jobs daily and enter in the ACT data base;

12. Translate Operation Manuals from English to Chinese;

13. Record quotation information in our Database;

14. Prepare Weekly Sales Meeting Records & Reports

15. Prepare Monthly Sales Top Prospects Reports;

16. Assist Sales and Marketing in making phone calls in a professional manner

17. Other Work Assigned by the Management

You will receive training in Posilift systems and products.

Location: Liuzao Town, Nanhui, Pudong, Shanghai
