职位描述
1. 根据公司战略发展需要，制订全国性招聘计划；
2. 建立、完善招聘体系；
3. 分析、选择、维护、拓展各类招聘渠道，并与外部招聘服务机构形成紧密合作关系，满足公司人才需求；
4、维护及更新人力资源部人才测评体系工具，持续建设公司雇主品牌；
5、参与HR其他模块项目。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，人力资源管理专业优先；
2、熟练掌握人力资源招聘管理技巧，熟悉招聘流程；
3、5年以上集团招聘工作经验或针对跨地区岗位招聘项目工作经验，包括校园招聘等；
4、熟练使用各种OFFICE办公软件；
5、良好的语言表达能力及人际沟通、理解能力；
6、良好的工作责任心及团队协作精神，能适应一定的工作压力。
