Responsibilities:
- Optimize and establish Electrical dept. guidelines and standards in line with company strategy and assure the application.
- Cooperate with proposal team to identify customer's needs and delivery technical solution.
- Organize electrical team, set project owners and conduct detailed design.
- Monitor design progress to ensure it meets the whole project schedule with quality output.
- Support sourcing team in assessing sub-contractors and clarifying technical requirements.
- Conduct technical support in installation and debugging to facilitate final acceptance.
- Take charge of dept. cost and budget control.
- Oversee team members' performance, initiate relevant activities that can benefit the team's growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, electrical related education.
- 8+ years working experience in automotive related industry, at least 3 years in managerial position, experience in MNC is preferred.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- Solid team management experience with good communication skill
- Problem-solving orientation
- Professional at Eplan and Micro-station. Familiar with electrical components and devices from not only import but also local market
- Familiar with Siemens/AB PLC programming with project experience
- Familiar with touch panel programming
- Experience at control system such as SEW
- Fluent English speaking
- Able to travel in China
