1. 在指导下开展研究设计工作，包括信息搜集和案头研究工作项目计划书准备定量问卷、座谈会讨论大纲、深方大纲设计
2. 在指导下将项目信息在不同部门之间沟通将项目设计方案介绍给访问部门，并将项目信息及时更新给访问部门监控项目进度并将访问部门的反馈及时反馈到项目经理
3. 在指导下进行数据检查和分析与数据处理部门协作处理数据简单的定量数据分析工作简单的定性数据分析工作

资质要求
1. 大学本科学历或以上，专业不限
2. 熟练的英文交流和写作能力，CET-6或以上
3. 熟练掌握办公室软件技巧，尤其是微软Office软件应用能力
4. 能适应一定的工作压力，出差压力，能够同时处理多项任务
5. 有良好的条理性和逻辑分析能力
6. 有独力开展工作能力，同时有良好的团队合作精神
7. 工作认真仔细
