职责概述：
1. 项目实施前中后期的工作，包括项目通知，项目计划，项目培训，项目监控等
2. 规范各项管理制度及相关业务流程/质量标准贯彻执行
3. 与研究/客户沟通
4. 独立负责各类型项目的操作和质量控制
5. 项目中兼职人员的管理和培养
资格要求：
1.勇于创新，敢于挑战，精力旺盛，适应高强度工作
2.具备高度责任感和敬业精神
3.热爱市场研究行业，对产品研究有浓厚的兴趣
4.做事力求精益求精，能适应高标准、专业化的要求
5.诚实守信、性格开朗、思维敏捷、有良好沟通能力、组织协调能力、宏观调控能力
6.有丰富的实地访问管理和操作经验、1年以上项目管理经验
7.正规大学的大专或以上学历
8.良好的口头及文字表达能力良好的英文听、说、读、写能力
9.熟练使用Word, Excel, Powerpoint等常规文档操作软件
