职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、重点大R用户的维护和管理；
2、为用户解答问题，提供服务支持；
3、支持业务推广及跟玩家的互动，监管游戏玩家 ；
4、发布游戏服务公告，对用户提交的信息进行分析、判断准确的处理用户请求；
5、完成服从领导的任务安排及相应的在线运营拓展服务 。
任职要求 ：
1、具有良好的客服意识，熟悉客服各类工作流程；
2、有游戏客户服务工作经验者优先 ；
3、表达、沟通能力强，逻辑思维能力强，良好的沟通协作能力 ；
4、有一定的计算机操作水平及基础知识；
