This role will work in Shanghai for around 6 months and move to Wuxi (无锡） eventually.



Responsibilities:

1. Manage the facility team to work according to Company ‘s procedure ;

2. To set up & maintain the utility systems in the company, including natural gas supply, electricity power supply, water supply, compressed air system, lighting system etc.

3. Providing frontline troubleshooting of the system in fault condition with proper problem solving techniques, and restore back to its desired operating condition.

4. To oversee ongoing operations of the utility systems, ensure operation at eh optimum efficiency.

5. Make preventive maintenance plan for various systems, and implement the plan on time.

6. Facility capacity/reliability related projects implementation

7. Take the lead in training for operations

8. Special equipment management, including carne, forklift etc. ensure the compliance with statutory safety regulations.

9. Maintain a safety system to Futuris standard in cooperation with Corporate Security, the management and as applicable with the HR dept. Commission and coordinate the local security service providers

10. Carry out ISO 14000 and OHSAS18000 requirement in the company

11. Fire prevention system maintenance

12. On site supplier management



Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical engineering
Solid experience in Mechanical Engineering, especially in heating ventilating, air-conditioning, and cooling, Mechanical& Electrical infrastructure and facilities management
Excellent knowledge in special equipment management
Minimum 8 years experience preferably in facilities operation and maintenance for large-scale factory, new plant set-up experience preferable
At least 2 years Facility team management experience
Strong lead ship capability
Computer skill: Outlook, word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Autocad etc.
Good at English skill
