职位描述：

1、具有建筑专业专科以上学历或其他相关职业资格证书；
2、5年以上相关于装修/装饰工程设计及施工管理的经验或从事于跨国公司的经历；
3、具有团队工作的经验,且有作为顾问及管理方对承包商和供应商的施工管理经验；
4、熟知本地健康及安全条例；
5、有较强的人际交往、谈判技巧和演示能力；
6、具有良好的英文口头及书面表达能力；
7、具有基本的计算机操作水平。

Requirement：
1.Degree / Diploma in a Construction related discipline or other similar qualifications;
2.5 years relevant experience in fitting out / decoration project design and site management with multinational corporate exposure;
3.Experience of working with a team and consultants and managing trade contractors & vendors;
4.Good handing of the local Health & Safety regulations;
5.Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills and presentation skills;
6.Good command of spoken and written English;
7.Computer Literacy is essential.
