任职资格
? 持有建筑、房屋设施、工程、室内设计或其他相关专业专科或以上学历；
? 4年以上房地产开发或建筑施工项目管理经验；
? 持有二级以上建造师证书优先考虑；
? 有跨国企业商业装修及認識相关條例经验者优先；
? 良好组织及時間管理, 能独立於有限时间内有效地履行工作；
? 良好的人际关系及沟通协调能力；
? 熟练掌握英语(听说读写)， 必须具备英语6级水平。

Requirement
? Diploma / Degree or above in Architectural / Building Studies / Engineering / Interior Design related discipline or other similar qualifications;
? At least 4 years’ project management experience in property development and construction process;
? Process of 1st Level National Certified Constructor Certificate is preferred;
? Experience in commercial fit-out / relevant regulation with multinational corporate exposure is preferred;
? Well-organized, ability to priorities and accomplish deadline with limited supervision;
? Good communication / interpersonal and negotiation skills;
? Good command of written & spoken English, grade 6 is a required.
